Shipping Policy

We endeavour to have your order dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. We use the following methods of delivery:

UK - Royal Mail 1st Class (1 to 3 working days).
Overseas - Airmail (3 working days for Europe. 5 working days for rest of world).

Please allow a little longer for delivery times around public holidays.

WE DO NOT USE OUR SHIPPING CHARGES TO MAKE PROFIT... 

..our shipping costs are calculated by each item's weight and we add just a few pence for the cost of packaging materials. This enables us to keep shipping charges fair to you. There's nothing more frustrating than having to pay more for shipping than the item you are buying!

Returns

I am confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, but should you need to return an item to us you may do so within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition with labels attached (if applicable). Please note we cannot refund shipping costs.
